March 8th

Insights from the teachings….to forgive is also to give. God forgave and He gave of His own heart. Give me a heart like yours. If I am easily offended, there’s something in my heart to work on. It’s a symptom of darkness. Light has no fellowship with darkness (2 Corinthians 6:14-16). No mixing God’s ways with any others!

Concerning false christs and prophets – in Messiah it is not possible to be deceived. He keeps us strong for it is not possible for us to keep ourselves. He wants genuine followers. I’ve been crucified with the Messiah and I no longer live. We’ve been empowered, but we are nothing.
Evening with Jonathan and Raquel
This evening we were invited to the house of one of the young couples married in 2001. They live a short distance away with a handful of other families from the community. Underneath of their houses, they have built bomb shelters – enough for 500 people. That means they have built enough shelters for hundreds of their Jewish neighbors should there be a need.

Jonathan and Raquel have gone through a difficult period and many childless years. They went through a period of testing and three years ago completely gave it over to the Father. We rejoice with them and thank the Father that they are expecting their first child! Their joy is overflowing!

We talked some about Hebrew roots and Ephraim. (In Jonathan’s words) we’re in Israel with the 1st born double portion. We’re here to pour it out on brother, Judah. The blessing of the 1st born is for the redemption of the brother. We’re here as his kinsman redeemer. We’re here to live out Messiah amongst our Jewish brothers.

I realize that if you are not studying Hebrew roots, this may not make much sense to you, but if your heart longs to know more, why not seek out the Scriptures on this? Of course, I’m always available to talk things out with you, also!

  1. How awesome to share in the blessings and Good News of our family in The Land. Praise the Name of YHWH. Barren and now fruitful!! May Raquel and Jonathan, 'bloom' in Glory with thier little one/one's (smile)! We pray for a very safe pregnancy and confinement. Yes I love to see ourselves, as serving Yahuda, our beloved brother, in ever which way our Mighty King of Kings wishes us to. May we be ever sensitive to His calling and His work and be dilligent in all. Giving in all that we have for the Father to His Glory and shielding Yahuda from the works of the enemy, B' Shem Yahshua HaMoshiach. It is wonderful to be busy daily about the work of El and see the blessing follow as each week draws to a close. One week closer to The soon and coming King of Glory!
Let us all pray in this season, as we are learning of the work taking place in the Land. Very soon many will be preparing for the Passover and may this time be well spent for all of Elohim's people to take no account of anything wrong done to us, to forgive and give in our very best acceptable offering of sacrifice of Praise and Thanksgiving and of our whole hearts to the talents and blessings we have been blessed with. If it be to encourage, then encourage with love and gladness, if it be to give, then give with a joyful heart, if it be to serve, then be a servant with kindness.
Heavenly Father, we ask You to search each of our hearts as we are being blessed with the journey and tour of The Land, to show us Your perfect plan for each of us and to cleanse out the leven in our 'house' hearts. Amen
    Blessings and Shalom,
    Vernon and Lyn
